Returns made via Happy Returns Bar are processed immediately as soon as your package is scanned on-site. If you are exchanging an order, you will receive a confirmation email within seconds of your package being scanned.
If you are returning an order, you will also receive an email within seconds of your package being scanned but do keep in mind that it can take anywhere from 2-5 business days to receive your refund to the original payment method.
Returns via mail - As soon as the carrier scans your package, we will issue a refund or process your exchange as requested by you.

If you paid a shipping fee of $3.50, then you will be refunded your full amount minus the $3.50. We do not charge any restocking fees and don't really understand why other companies do that.
Orders shipped within the US typically take 3-5 business days. Once every order is shipped, we send you and email with all the tracking stuff.

Nope! Our scrubs have been tested to perform for the life of the garment. Prior to launching we underwent rigorous testing by the world’s best testing agencies. Our technology lasts over 80+ washes.
Our technology infused clothing is designed to withstand all water based liquids such as wine, juice, coffee, soy sauce, and many more. It is important to remember that oil-based liquids are not as easily repelled, although they will wash out easier than conventional fabrics. Our fabrics are not waterproof. They are water resistant. This allows the garments to absorb water when submerged for washing.
At this point you can only get Mandala scrubs from our website. We will never sell through other retailers or wholesale our product to 3rd party stores. It goes against our ethos of maintaining low margins.

No worries! The resason that no account is showing up under your email is because after an order is placed, we send a verification email in addition to the order confirmation email.
If the link in the verification is not clicked, an account is not registered in our system.

This is a tough question to answer as everyone's body is unique and there is no true standard in the apparel industry.
What we always tell customers is that if you normally buy your scrubs at a retail store store, then size up; if you buy your scrubs from an internet brand, then stick to the same size.
We offer unlimited exchanges and free returns so if you are unsure, simply order two sizes and return the one that's not a good fit!
p.s - pro tip! we offer free shipping over $50 so go ahead and order multiple sizes and return the ones that's not a good fit!

Unfortunately not at this time. PLEASE double check your address before pressing submit as we are unable to make any changes once the order has been placed.
All International orders are eligible to be returned within 30 days of receiving it. If the portal is not letting you return, please email us at hey@mandalascrubs.com with your order number and our team will take care of it.
We pay for the return shipping so simply download the prepaid label and drop off your return to the closest DHL location :)
Once your order has been delivered to our warehouse located in the US, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund.
Your order will be refunded in full minus any shipping that you might have paid while placing your order. For example if you are in Canada and paid a $15 shipping fee while placing your order, this $15 shipping fee will not be refunded.
But as mentioned previously, return shipping is on the house so you will not be charged a return shipping fee :)
