Always have worn a size Medium in all my scrub tops,any different manufacturers. Never have I had a problem, this one, it’s to tight around my chest and material is stiff… very disappointing

Love the material and the pockets, and basically almost everything about these scrub pants-- but the waist is huge on me while the hips and thigh portion fit perfectly. I wish the waist was about 4 inches smaller so that I wouldn't have this bulky bunching happening when I tighten these pants :(
Maybe in the future I'll try a size down, but I don't want the hips and thighs to be too tight
- For reference I usually wear 3X in scrubs, and my waist is 38" (or 40" if I'm bloated lol) and my hips are 54"
