Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. U.S. customers may request an exchange or return items for a refund. For International customers, we only provide refunds (no exchanges).

Please note, to be eligible for return, all items must be unused and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. All final sale items are only eligible for exchanges.

Two easy ways to return (United States)

In person — drop off at any of 5,000+ Happy Returns locations. Start online for a QR code and contact-free drop-off. Free.

By mail — print a prepaid label and drop off with the listed carrier. Free.

Please note: Exchanges are limited to the same style in a different size, length, or color. To exchange styles, return for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
